2011年1月21日，广东粤剧院的离退休同志欢聚一堂，参加我院每年一度的敬老活动—迎春敬老宴会。早上十点，离开始宴会还有一个多小时，离退休同志带着愉悦的心情，陆续抵达会场。朋友见面，自然免不了一番寒暄叙旧，顿时，欢笑声给敬老宴会添上了喜庆的气氛。

    宴会正式开始， 广东省文化厅党组成员、副厅长杨伟时，省文化厅纪检组长严建强，等领导向在座的老人送上节日的问候。随后，丁凡院长向离退休同志汇报了我院2010年的工作及获得的成绩。日前刚获得广东省首届文艺终身成就奖的罗家宝同志代表离退休同志讲话，在感谢省文化厅、粤剧院等领导对离退休同志关心的同时，也表达了他们对粤剧艺术奋斗终身的志愿。来自港澳的粤剧爱好者仇坤仪、麦华、吴日琨一直关心我院离退休同志，当天也参加了宴会，并为老人们送上爱心红包。

    宴会上，院领导班子向八十岁以上的离退休同志送上了祝寿红包，希望所有的离退休同志能够健康长寿。

    此外，新春将至之际，我院春节慰问团在院领导的带领下，一连数天对老艺术家、离休干部、病号、困难户及军属等30多户家庭进行登门慰问，将剧院的温暖及新春问候送到职工们的身边。

On 21th February 2011, our insititue’s retired comrades participated annual elderly activities: Elderly Spring Banquets. At 10 am, one hour before the banquet, retired comrades arrived at the venue gradually with feelings of  pleasure. Suddenly, cheerful chatting and laughing between old friends created a festive atmosphere.

Banquet staerted, group leader of Guangdong Provincial Department of Culture Discipline Inspection, Yan Jiangqiang and Party members of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Culture, Yang Weishi sent the holiday greetings to all the retired comrades. Soon after, our insititue leader Ding Fan reported the works and achievements in 2010. Luo Jiabao, the winner of the first Guangdong Literary Lifetime Achievement Award represented all the retired comrades to thank Guangdong Provincial Department of Culture and our insititue’s care and support. And also, he expressed he would dedicated his life on Cantonese Opera. In addition, the fans of cantonese opra Chou Kunyi, Mai Hua, Wu Rikun who were concern of our retired comrades joined the banquet that day and distributed the red packets.

Our insitute leader distributed a birthday red envelope to the age over eighty retires, hoping that all of them healthy and longevity.

Chinese New Year is approaching, under the leading of our insitute leaders, our staffs Door-condolenced retired cadres, sick, needy households and their dependents, more than 30 households, for distributing the warmth and greetings to them.
